My role in the production

Have you heard of Cinderella and Rockerfella before? Well if you haven't you should see College street normal school production's called Cinderella and Rockerfella.In the production there are many scenes and lead roles which are fun and a experience I won't forget.The dances are awesome and every one has put a honest effort in.Cinderella was played my Kristy and Rockerfella was played by Terado.


The whole school is involved in the production.All the Grill girls including me are in the time dance.The time dance is right after the ballroom scene which we are in too.Through out all the scenes we act and make our acting reality.In our dance it is when there is only 4 minutes to twelve and Cinderella and the fairy's are trying to turn the time back.In the ball scene we are at the ball and we are having a party.

We have put in a lot hard work to make this production happen.Thanks for all the teachers who have helped us do dances and make the production happen.Cinderella and Rockerfella is a great story,and I can't wait until the production.

My favourite thing about learning in Gri11 2.0

I am going to tell you about what my favourite thing about Gri11 2.0 is.I know about lots of schools who do the complete oppisite of what we do.Some classes in school don't have a lot in common with Gri11 2.0.

My favorite thing about learning in Gri11 2.0 is Mr R and Miss G lets us sit with whoever we want.I like this way of learning because when we need to be in quiet we can move.By learning where ever I want I can manage our learning and make sure I finish all the task before the week finishes.


I like this way of learning because when you are getting distracted you can move and get more work done.If we had to sit in a seat and we weren't allowed to move,if I got distracted I would never be able to get work done.

Swimming sports.

I was so happy that the day finally came.It was the day of the swimming sports.This was my favourite day of the year.The activities which we did were non-championship,champion-ships finals,Fun relays,freeystyle house championships relays.

I was in a breastroke girls champion-ship final and the non-competitive races I were in were Breastroke and  Freeystyle.I was also in the year six fun relay and was in the 25 metre freestyle relay with Anneka,Cole and Fergus.

My favourite part was at the end were we had a fun relay .That day was a good day.I am very sad that I won't be able to come to the swimming sports next year.

Sports Rotation

Every Tuesday the senior syndicate goes to Sports Rotation.The Sports are Tennis,Hockey,Basketball,Soccer,Circuts and more.My favourite sport is Tennis and when we go to tennis the coach is either a Sports leader or Mr Robertson.It is very fun and every time I go to a different sport,I learn something new.

A sports leader is a year 6 that one sports to to on any sports day to a junior,Middle or a senior syndicate class and they teach tips,tricks and rules about doing the sport. I am a sports leader and I do  Tennis.It has helped me better at tennis because I do lots of tennis during the week and while I teach a class so I practice a lot of different skills.

I like badminton and and Circuts but I wish there was netball as a sports rotation.Through the year I will get better at every sport because

In Grill 2.0 we used sign language to sign our name.Here is my video of me signing my name.

The Shark attack!!!

It was Christmas Day and me and my family and  I were on a cruise ship.We were going on holiday on our billionaire Cruise.My brother called me name "Brianna''.He told me that we were about to take off.My parents were very rich they were multi billionaires.They had Five mansions.

While we were on our trip there were sharks.They were eating a big whale.Once it was night the Sharks were still there .There were millions of Sharks surrounding our cruise ship.I was getting a little scared they looked very vicious.I went to bed but I remembered I forgot my phone.I ran to outdoor area.I tripped on a bottle of sunscreen and I fell right into the Pacific Ocean.

I was surrounded by sharks.Some of them looked very hungry.They all looked at me.I called for help but my family were all asleep.We were in the middle of no were.What will she do next.

TTS and CSI

TTS stands for traditional teaching styles.Traditional teaching is when you a guided by the teacher and you have set tasks you have to do from a period of time.You have planned tasks and you use text books . You do your tasks altogether as a class.

A C.S.I is a Colour Symbol Image.A C.S.I stands for a Colour symbol image.It is a thinking map we use.We have used the C.S.I  to  tell people how we felt.We used the C.S.I for Traditional teaching styles and learning in Grill 2.0.

The Adventures in the Desert

Flip city

On the 29th of April I went to flip city with Ava.I invited Ava to come with me.When we got there it was so big.There was lots of kids and adult jumping around and having a good time.We had to wait a little bit. Since it was not the time my coloured band was allowed on we had to wait.While we waited we saw kids our age jumping up on to the challenge wall.

When we got to go to go start playing on the trampolines we had to go through the safety rules.It said that you could not get any help going up the challenge wall.Ava and I wanted to go u the challenge so bad.So when we got to have our turn on the trampolines we wanted to go on the challenge wall.Once we were  inside we went in the challenges wall.Ava and I tried and tried to get up but It was impossible to us Ava got up but I didnt.We went on everything and my favourite was the trampoline witch had 3 sides.There were two on the sides and there was one on the floor.

After Flip city we got Ice cream and went home.Next time I am not going to jump up so much and try to get up on the challenge wall.When I got home I was so tired.

My Favourite place to work in

My Favourite Place to work in 

This term we a learning about hauora and we have four different spaces and four he different parts of hauora.The four parts of hauora is relaxation,mental/emotional,physical and teamwork.In my favourite space The hub it is all four elements because it will be all four elements throughout the year.It is usually teamwork because there is lots of people talking about learning and helping each other with learning.


In Grill 2.0 this year we have four spaces.They are The hub,The hideout,The hangout and The hall of fame.My favourite pace to work in is in the hub.The part I like to work in the hub is behind the girls tote trays which is good because it is easier to get our stuff. I like to work there because it has a table to work on and also there is a beanbag which is really comfy and it is great for silent reading.There is a foosball table and my friends and I would usually sit there.



 Lara,Anneka,Ivy,Nadia and I called the area the sub hub.Ivy was hungry and she thought of subway so she came up with the name the sub-hub.I like to work in the sub-hub because my friends are there so if I need help I can just ask them.Also because it is not quiet all the time and usually I can work better with lots of people than a few people like the silent room.
